Waters Edge – 3 Bedroom

Waters Edge is a 3-bedroom cottage located only 15 feet from the lake. You will enjoy some of the greatest views and sunsets you will ever see. Prosper Pine Cottages faces directly west and the sun sets over the bay every evening. Outside this cottage is fully equipped outdoors with lounge chairs, private fire pit picnic table, propane BBQ. All bedrooms will be waiting with all linens, comforters and pillows. The living area the kitchen have everything you need from cooking utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans and cutlery. This cottage has is equipped with a gas stove, full size fridge, coffee maker and microwave for your convenience.Each cottage has a full three-piece bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom tissue, bath mats are supplied.

Guests are asked to bring their own personal items but if something is forgotten we do have a store on site for your convenience.

Pets are a part of our family and yours. Prosper Pine Cottages is a pet friendly place, but we do require that all pets are leashed for the comfort of other guests, cleaned up after and remain off the furniture and beds. ($40 charge for each pet to assist with cleaning for the next guest) Waters Edge sleeps 7 guests, but a futon is available for guests requiring more sleeping area. Please let us know upon booking.

For our fishing guests we have boat and motor rentals available, large 8 slip dock capable of holding boats up to 24 feet and full fish cleaning area is on site.
