Number Four has 3 full bedrooms for our guests with 6 people or more. This cottage has everything for the whole family with enough space to accommodate cottagers and fishermen alike. Outside like all our cottages you will find all the things you need to enjoy your stay with us. Private fire pit, propane BBQ, lounge chairs and picnic table. There is a 2 person bunkie available next to the cottage for larger groups. Please ask for details.
The bedrooms will be waiting with all linens, comforters and pillows. The living area is fully furnished including flat screen tv. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need; cooking utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, propane stove, full fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Each cottage has a full three-piece bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom tissue, bath mats are supplied.
Guests are asked to bring their own personal items but if something is forgotten we do have a store on site for your convenience.
Pets are a part of our family and yours. Prosper Pine Cottages is a pet friendly place, but we do require that all pets are leashed for the comfort of other guests, cleaned up after and remain off the furniture and beds. ($40 charge for each pet to assist with cleaning for the next guest)
Number Four sleeps 6 guests, but extra room is available for guests requiring more sleeping area. Please let us know upon booking.
For our fishing guests we have boat and motor rentals available, large 8 slip dock capable of holding boats up to 24 feet and full fish cleaning area is on site.
